Owner and President of GMC Construction of NC
Greg Caulder is the owner and President of GMC Construction of NC, Inc. A native of Robeson County, NC, Greg graduated from Lumberton Senior High School and went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Greg developed an interest in the construction industry while working along side his father-in-law who is also a general contractor. As his interest in the construction industry grew, so did his desire to develop his own business entity. Greg then decided to get his own general contractors license, and launched GMC Construction of NC, Inc. in 2005.
In his previous role as a county health inspector, Greg learned the art of being meticulous and the importance of higher expectations. These are qualities Greg wants to exemplify through the homes he builds and brands as GMC Construction of NC, Inc. Greg is a person that puts his family first. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two amazing children and definitely understand the importance of a comfortable house that one can be proud to call home.
