Owner and President of GMC Construction of NC
Born and raised in Robeson County, Greg Caulder has always called North Carolina home. After graduating from Lumberton Senior High School, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree from UNC Pembroke.
Greg’s passion for homebuilding was sparked early while working alongside his father-in-law, a skilled general contractor who instilled in him a love for craftsmanship and detail. That inspiration grew into a vision of building a company of his own. In 2005, after obtaining his general contractor’s license, Greg turned that vision into reality by founding GMC Construction of NC, Inc.
With experience as a county health inspector, Greg approaches every project with precision, high standards, and a focus on quality that sets his homes apart. At the heart of his work is family—he and his wife, Jennifer, are proud parents of two, and they understand the importance of creating homes that are not only beautifully built but also designed for families to grow, connect, and thrive.
